Architectural charity Architecture for Communities Los Angeles (ACLA) hosts the 2023 edition of its Design by Diversity Day.

The networking event introduces professionals and students, creating a mentorship program that encourages younger generations into the design industry and retains diverse design professionals.

Design by Diversity Day 2023 includes mentoring sessions, informative meetings, exhibitions and talks.

The event is organised by the charity's Design by Diversity committee, which focuses on building diverse talent pools in the architecture, design, construction and engineering industries.
