Artisanal rug brand Kristiina Lassus presents its latest collection of rugs during Milan design week.

The high-quality rugs created by Finnish interior architect and product designer Kristiina Lassus have a "deep respect for the environment, the cultural heritage of craftsmanship as well as the wellbeing of the artisans themselves".

The brand has a partnership with Swiss non-profit organisation Label Step, which takes a holistic approach to promoting fair trade standards, human rights and environmentally-friendly production methods in artisanal rug weaving.

On 18 April at 6 PM to 10 PM Milan time, the managing director of Label Step Reto Aschwanden and Lassus discuss sustainability in the high-end product market.

Responsible Luxury Rugs takes place from 18 to 22 April 2023 at Kristiina Lassus Studio Showroom, Via Soperga 18, 20127 Milan, Italy.
