The Future Cities Laboratory Global Conference combines the expertise of ETH Zurich and the Singapore universities to examine the effects of urbanisation.

The conference – entitled "Future Cities: Through Science. By Design. In Place. Over Time." – brings specialists from the fields of architecture, urban planning politics, and society together to establish what the future of urban planning and design may look like.

The event combines exhibitions and presentations on diverse themes, from designing neighbourhoods to sustainable building practices.
