Hong Kong-base charity Crafts on Peel presents Embracing Craft, Connecting Culture, an exhibition showcasing multicultural, heritage craftwork in a contemporary display.
The exhibition sees 13 collaborative groups engage in cultural exchanges to create six projects, such as drinkware, wooden installations, and floral and botanical sculptures.
Techniques used to create the pieces include metalsmithing, wax casting and rattan weaving.
Embracing Craft, Connecting Culture is supported by Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office.
Embracing Craft, Connecting Culture takes place from 12 to 18 May 2025 at the Royal Society of Sculptors, Dora House, 108 Old Brompton Road, London SW7 3RA, UK.
