Swedish furniture company IKEA presents Food for Thought during Milan design week 2026, an installation exploring how design can influence cooking, eating and connecting.

The exhibition takes place across five rooms, with each space hosting a designer and chef duo, spotlighting furniture and a curated menu for the event.

The pairings feature Charlotte Taylor and Ben Lippett; Maye Ruiz and Rosio Sanchez; Mehek Malhotra and Maurizio Tentella; Lydia Chan and Alessandra Lauria; and Oliver Lyttelton and Tina Choi.

Throughout the week, IKEA also launches three new products and celebrates the 10th edition of its flagship collection, IKEA PS

IKEA Food for Thought takes place from 21 to 26 April 2026 at Spazio Maiocchi, Via Achille Maiocchi 7, 20129 Milan, Italy.
