Contemporary design brand Tokio hosts an exhibition of contemporary furniture and lighting during NYCxDesign 2026, held in collaboration with local gallery Verso.

The exhibition is set inside the newly completed 144 Vanderbilt, designed by architecture studio SO-IL, building a dialogue between the architecture and the pieces.

The selected works reflect the brand's values of skilful craft, incorporating geometric shapes made from carbon fibre and aluminium.

The brand seeks to create a space connected through light, materiality and form.
