A Life in Design is an exhibition by Danish brand D Line hosted during 3 Days of Design 2026, celebrating the work of late architect and industrial designer Knud Holscher.

The display expands on Holscher's curated archive with a selection of photographs, prototypes, sketches and studies of form, colour and structure, mapping his design process throughout the years.

The space seeks to serve as a representation of a lived workshop, rather than a chronological journey through his work, featuring a collection of photographs from the studio taken by the architect himself as part of his working process.

To honour Holscher's involvement in D Line, the exhibition also features original, functional products designed for the brand – a focus of the brand's contemporary pieces.

A Life in Design by D Line takes place from 10 to 12 June 2026 at Frederiksgade 1, 3rd Floor 1265, Copenhagen, Denmark.
