Design Starts On Paper is an exhibition debuting at 3 Days of Design 2026 exploring the intersection of architecture, interiors, automotive culture and contemporary Scandinavian design.

Hosted by Swedish lighting brand Blond, together with furniture and houseware brand Hem and acoustic products brand Baux, the exhibition is a response to the growing impact of artificial intelligence (AI), highlighting a process rooted in intuition rather than optimisation.

The event also features special guests Porsche, Aarke and The New Era Magazine.

Design Starts On Paper takes place from 10 to 12 June 2026 at Paper Island, Papirøen 5, 1436 Copenhagen, Denmark.
