Plot Twists is the theme for the 2026 edition of Habitare, the Helsinki-based annual design fair.

The theme explores unexpected design choices, from materials to forms, celebrating experimental and unconventional projects.

The five-day fair spotlights furniture, lighting and accessories from established and emerging Nordic designers and brands, as well as a talk and presentation programme led by designers, architects, researchers and cultural institutions.

Habitare 2026 takes place from 2 to 6 September 2026 at Messukeskus Helsinki, Messuaukio 1, 00520 Helsinki, Finland.
