Seems to me a good ‘base’ to ad you own personal touch on.
I don’t believe Kanye will keep it this, he will ad some art/ vintage furniture / a beautifull rug.
But it definitly looks beter as all those horrible furnitured cribs on MTV.

this is a sad mistake for a home i hope he didnt spend any more than 100 dollars for this design i would go crazy in this house. damn with all the bape camo he wears you would think his house would have some color in it. god damn.
The design is minimal yet interesting. It is offensive. West has too much class, I commend him for keeping it stylosimple. I totally vibe off of what is going on here. this man is crazy busy, sensory overload 24-7. He needs a retreat where he can start fresh, a clean slate.

This project by Claudio Silvestrin is not about adding, it’s about subtracting.
And it’s about light, and space, and volume and organizing functions in the most direct way. There are subtleties here that arent’ apparent on the surface, which is why it is always exciting to see new work by Mr. Silvestrin.
I like the clean lines but the kitchen area looks out dated. On the whole its a great place!
Silvestrin has completely discarded the idea of the conventional kitchen as we know it today. Gone are the predictable stainless steel appliances, gone are the the conventional cabinets above and below. In fact the entire notion of a kitchen here has evolved into a”non kitchen”. It is almost invisible when not in use, but comes to life once you begin using it. It is precisely THIS kitchen that makes everything else out there look dated, and not the other way around.

It seems like Kanye is more than just good music and elegant clothes he understands and appreciates good architecture.Claudio Silvestrin designed his house in Carlifornia as well. This is timeless art,this apartment will still look good in 20 yrs time.
