Milan update: Moritz Waldemeyer has sent us a photo and a short movie (below) of one of his video dresses for fashion designer Hussein Chalayan on display at 10 Corso Como in Milan.
The 15,000 LEDs embedded in the fabric of the dress display a time-lapse sequence of a rose opening and closing.
The video dress was premiered at Chalayan’s Paris show last month – see our previous stories here, here and here.
Three mechanical dresses from Chalayan’s show last autumn, which were engineered by Waldemeyer, are also on display at 10 Corso Como as of today.
