Pity I missed the Brug when I visited Rotterdam earlier this year.

I have to go with the Hertl, PLOT, and Embt designs. The JHK project is too much of Nietzsche’s Will to Power. And the Neutelings Riedijk Shipping & Transport College resembles a half-finished, houndstooth CCTV building.
