These three-sided metal shelves by Stockholm designer Kyuhyung Cho stack together in various combinations to separate small objects (+ slideshow).
Kyuhyung Cho designed the Corners range as a simple solution for organising clutter.
"The corner is a natural starting point to organise our thoughts and also our objects," he told Dezeen.
The thin steel plates are cut as an L-shape, folded up and welded to create the corner form.
Produced by Danish furniture brand Menu, Corners comes as both a square and a rectangular set of three components.
The larger corner forms a base shelf, with the medium and small elements creating dividers when placed on top.
"These components are layered according to size to give you three distinct corners to use to store and organise your belongings," said Cho.
Each of the plates is powder-coated in a different bright hue, allowing the user to assign types of possessions to a specific colour.
"Each layer of Corners is a different colour giving you a chance to create your own colour composition that accents your objects and defines an area," said the designer.
The metal shelves can be placed on a desk, fixed to a wall or positioned in the corners of a room.
Cho originally trained as a typography designer and takes a graphical approach to furniture. His previous projects include wave-shaped clothes racks that keep garments evenly spaced, and a collection of bathroom accessories with softly rounded edges.
