Founded by designers Yeonju Yang and Claudio Ripol, London-based Owl & Dog Playbooks creates books that aim to encourage children to play.
The Fish book features eight brightly coloured shapes that can be punched out and folded into three-dimensional forms. On the reverse side, a poem describes the creature.
"We are interested in new, unusual formats, halfway between books and toys, and exploring the theatrical role-playing involved in reading a book to a young child," said Owl & Dog Playbooks.
"Our books are designed to be read and used creatively; our mission is to celebrate the fun ritual of book-reading, and to promote magical moments of discovery," it continued.
The shapes are set into pages covered with patterns, forming a camouflage. They only reveal themselves when removed for assembly.
This competition is now closed. Five winners will be selected at random and notified by email, and their names will be published at the top of this page. Dezeen competitions are international and entries are accepted from readers in any country.
