For our latest competition, one reader will win the lounge chair from Deadgood in an orange colour called Tequila Sunrise. Designed by Irwin as part of the Working Girl collection, the chair combines a robust material choice, subtle detailing, and a simple utilitarian style.

The lounge chair is upholstered in a fabric called Alchemy supplied by BUTE Fabrics

The lounge chair has a soft seat with back pads, supported by exposed webbing over a durable steel frame.

"I wanted to remove as much of the outer material as possible in order to create a visually simple collection of upholstered products in order to offer the user clarity as to how the pieces themselves are made," said Irwin.

The lounge chair and sofa adhere to honest construction methods used throughout the collection

The designer and chair in the competition are favourites of the furniture company.

"We have been collaborating with David for many years now, said Dan Ziglam co-founder of Deadgood. "It's been particularly rewarding to see his development from young graduate to award winning designer working with leading international brands."

"Out of all the collections we have developed together this is one of my favourites. The intellegent use of material, efficiency of production and honest aesthetic typifies David's style and work."

The range, which also includes a Sofa, aims to offer exceptional comfort and practicality for a variety of settings and is available in a range of colours.

Deadgood will unveil a new installation at Clerkenwell Design Week as part of The British Collection in the Crypt of St. James's Church. The collection aims to showcase an eclectic range of products focusing on celebrating colour and creativity.

Deadgood's new showroom at 46 Old Street, London, will also be open during Clerkenwell Design Week.

One reader will win the Working Girl lounge chair, which is also available direct from Deadgood. More details on its website.

Competition closes 24 May 2018. The winner will be selected at random and notified by email, and their name will be published at the top of this page.
