Matali Crasset spoke to Dezeen editor-in-chief Marcus Fairs about her work and design theory at Stockholm Furniture and Light Fair 2019.

Crasset has previously designed a lamp based on traditional railway lighting for IKEA and a range of claw shaped rings for Parisian jewellers Le Buisson.

Dezeen was media partner for Stockholm Furniture and Light Fair 2019, which took place at Stockholmmassan in the Swedish capital from 5 to 9 February 2019.

Dezeen broadcasted a number of talks 6 February, including a lecture by Rossana Hu and Lyndon Neri of Neri & Hu about the disappearing village culture in China.
