Mélos armchair by Aro Vega for Monogram

Bolon, &tradition and Gandia Blasco showcase products on Dezeen Showroom

Danish brand &tradition, Swedish design company Bolon and Spanish brand Gandia Blasco are among brands showcasing products on Dezeen Showroom this week.

Furniture including seating, lighting and flooring tiles have been added to Dezeen Showroom, which is an affordable space for brands to launch products and showcase their designers and projects.

Mélos armchair by Aro Vega for Monogram

Mélos is a geometric armchair created by architect and designer Aro Vega for his brand Monogram.

The chair, which upholstered in linen and velvet, is composed of a prism base which is connected via a stainless steel frame to a cylindrical bolster pillow that acts as a backrest.

Betty bar and counter stool by Thau & Kallio for &tradition

&tradition's Betty seating collection has been expanded by Scandinavian design duo Thau & Kallio to include a bar and a counter stool.

The stools are made from a lacquered oak frame with supportive webbing made from hand-woven natural linen fibres that are available in a natural or dyed black colour.

Emerge flooring tiles by Bolon

Emerge is a collection of woven flooring tiles by Swedish brand Bolon, which has released six new colours.

The tiles, which are now available in warm and cold shades of blue, grey, brown and beige, have been made from weft threads that have been recycled.

​Ambiguo type-05 light by Saarepera & Mae

Ambiguo is a sculptural pendant light designed by Estonian studio Saarepera & Mae for online concept shop NID.

The chandelier-style light features movable metal arms that allow the fixture to be positioned in various angles. The arms are capped with mouth-blown Murano glass globes.

KIT coat hooks by KANAMA

KIT is a trio of oak and steel coat hooks created by Estonian design studio KANAMA for NID.

The hooks, which are available as either a single wall-mounted hook or a stand with multiple hooks, have been angled to hold items of clothing in a way that allows them to air out properly and avoid creasing.

Ginger bollard outdoor light by Joan Gaspar for Marset

Joan Gaspar has designed the Ginger bollard floor lamp for Spanish brand Marset's outdoor lighting range.

The light, which is designed to illuminate pathways and driveways, is composed of a slim stem topped with an overhanging shade that filters soft light downwards.

Coast bench by Allan Hagerup for Vestre

Coast is a bench made from marine plastic by urban furniture brand Vestre in collaboration with environmental initiative Ogoori.

The bench, which is made using waste plastic collected from Norway's beaches and waterways by volunteers, is composed of seat panels of varying shades of blue that sit atop a steel frame.

Onde is a modular seating range designed for both outdoor and indoor use created by Italian designer Luca Nichetto for Gandia Blasco.

The collection, which ranges from armchairs to three-seater sofas, can be used on its own or combined with others to create a larger seating system.

Bosc is a collection of outdoor furniture created by Valencian architecture and design firm Made Studio for Gandia Blasco.

The collection, which is named after a Mediterranean town in the island of Minorca, includes a sofa, coffee table, armchair and sectional.

Buit is a collection of outdoor seating made from curved aluminium mesh with textile covers created by Madrid-based Mayice Studio for Gandia Blasco.

The seating comprises an L-shaped chair unit that can be pushed together to form a larger modular sofa.

Capa outdoor furniture by Søren Rose for Gandia Blasco

Danish designer Søren Rose has created a range of outdoor seating called Capa for Gandia Blasco, which includes an armchair, a two-seater sofa and a coffee table.

The sofas feature a tubular aluminium base with curved edges and armrests made from iroko wood and are available in a variety of colours for users to match the seating to their outdoor space.
