Dezeen Showroom: designers Castiglia Associati and K Miksza joined with Italian office furniture brand IOC Project Partners to create the SC06 workstation system, which can be configured into individual, bench, executive or meeting configurations.

The SC06 workstations are distinguished by their aluminium frame, which runs the perimeter of the desktops.

As well as giving the product a distinctive look, the structure provides additional support.

Worktops can be configured with various leg placements and mix-and-matched finishes. There is also the option to suspend one or both ends of the worktops on cabinetry, so the supporting surfaces double as storage.

The 16-millimetre-thick wood-agglomerate worktops, cabinets and accessories come in a wide range of finishes, including metal, scratch-resistant lacquered melamine and glass.

Cabinets, drawers, screens, modesty panels and cable-management modules are among the available accessories.
