Feve Desk by Ferm Living presented at Maison & Objet
Dezeen Showroom: presented at Maison & Objet, Danish brand Ferm Living has designed the Feve Desk, a walnut desk with an organic form.
The Feve Desk is one of a selection of products available through French furniture and design fair Maison & Objet.
The desk is equipped with a curved desktop and slanting legs, which is intended to give it an "organic and delicate expression".
"The legs are carved into stretched elliptical shapes that emphasise the desk's elegant, feminine silhouette," said the brand.
The Feve Desk is made from FSC-certified European walnut and can be used as a desk or console table.
The desk's name references its distinctive shape – it comes from the French word "fève" which means bean.
