Bedroom tiled in Roc Beige tiles from Roc Ancien collection by Fiandre Architectural Surfaces

Roc Ancien porcelain tiles by Fiandre Architectural Surfaces

Dezeen Showroom: Italian brand Fiandre Architectural Surfaces has released a collection of porcelain tiles designed to resemble Bourgogne stone.

Called Roc Ancien, the range emulates the weathered texture and cloudy surface of the French limestone, which is traditionally used in buildings throughout Burgundy.

The tiling is available in three neutral colours – the warm Roc Beige, cool Roc Gris and pale Roc Blanc, which Fiandre describes as "conjuring up images of ghost-like ice".

The Roc Ancien collection comes in a wide range of sizes, thicknesses and finishes, and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Fiandre recommends it for flooring and tiling as well as glued and ventilated facade projects, whether in private homes or public areas with high footfall.
