Prisma seating system by Alexander Lotersztain for Derlot

Dezeen Showroom: geometric seating elements can be combined like Tetris pieces in the flexible Prisma system, created by Australian designer Alexander Lotersztain for furniture brand Derlot.

Prisma consists of 27 modules, including seats as well as matching side tables and work tables, which can be arranged together into different constellations.

The Prisma system includes 27 modules

This makes it adaptable to a wide range of different environments from open-plan offices to educational settings, according to Derlot.

Like all of the brand's products, Prisma is upholstered in the customer's own material (COM).

The seating can be upholstered in the customer's own fabric

That means clients can choose almost any fabric to suit their interior and have it sent to Derlot's manufacturer, who will fix it on top of the plush Dunlop Enduro foam padding.

The matching tables are veneered in American oak and a pentagonal steel base powder that can be powder-coated in white or black.
