Dezeen Showroom: Swedish furniture brand Blå Station has expanded its BOB sofa line with a modular corner unit named BOB Corner, created by designers Thomas Bernstrand and Stefan Borselius.
The BOB Corner module allows for the addition of sharp 90-degree connections to Blå Station's BOB sofa collection, meaning users can create a greater range of sofa configurations, shapes and layouts to suit different interior settings.
Plant arrangements, tables and a number of different breaks can be inserted into and between the sofa modules to create a multifunctional furniture piece.
BOB Corner is available as a square seat that can be purchased with backrests.
The module has a plywood frame with moulded foam cushioned seats that can be upholstered in a range of different colours and fabrics.
