Promotion: UAE-based developer Mira Developments has unveiled its plans for a community of luxury residences in Dubai, named Mira Villas designed by Bentley Home.

Located around a 15-minute drive from the Burj Khalifa, Mira Villas designed by Bentley Home will contain 36 five-bedroom homes with fully furnished interiors by Bentley Home.

Mira Developments designed the community to offer opulent residences with amenities that aim to foster a sense of community and encourage healthy lifestyles.

Residents will have access to a communal clubhouse, business hub, gymnasium and a private lagoon that encircles the perimeter of the complex. Complimentary services also include valet parking and a concierge for grocery deliveries.

Of the 36 villas in the community, 27 will be 670 square metres and nine will be 1,400-square-metre VIP Villas, which will feature home cinemas and gyms.

All villas will have interiors furnished by Bentley Home, designed to be elegant and luxurious.

They will also come "ready-to-move-in" and equipped with household items from brands including Bernardaud, Christofle, Lalique, Frette and Gaggenau.

Mira Developments designed Mira Villas by Bentley Homes to benefit from being in close proximity to the city while also being a tranquil place to live.

The sense of nature achieved through an abundance of planted walkways and the lagoon is a distinctive feature given the conventional image of luxury housing in Dubai.
