Wooden Architectural Modelling Workshop at My ArchiSchool

The Wooden Architectural Modelling Workshop, part of the Architectural Design Program 1.0 at My ArchiSchool, teaches students how to create wooden scale models of iconic architectural buildings.

Students will build a scaled part model from wood of a selected architectural icon, for example, the Acropolis of Athens, Greece, the Rose window of the Chartres Cathedral in France, the Chinese Courtyard House and interior models.

Highlights of each architectural style in history and modelling techniques with wood carving art are the major learning targets for this workshop.

The workshop is aimed at students of 11 to 18 years old or older who have completed the Exhibition Programs at level 3 and above.

The course is available and open for enrolment throughout the year. Each workshop will take four classes of 1.5 hours.
