Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios and Robert Myers Associates have developed King's College Stephen Taylor Court in Cambridge, United Kingdom.

King's College Stephen Taylor Court offers 84 comfortable new homes for graduates, fellows and their families, set within generous gardens.

Designed to rigorous Passivhaus standards, the buildings are low carbon with a 100-year design life. The development is contextual and contemporary, which responds to a specific need by the college to provide for its students.

"The three crescent terraces form a court that is open to the street and suggests a calm, simple architecture," said Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios. "A new red brick graduate villa complements the Barton Road elevation and the refurbishment and extension of an existing Victorian villa completes the accommodation."

This project has been longlisted in the housing project category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
