Shortlisted for Dezeen Awards China 2023 designer of the year, Jinan-based contemporary Chinese furniture brand U+.

Founded in 2008 by Baohong Shen and Xiaohui Tan, U+ has been actively exploring both eastern and western philosophies without compromising the heritage and innovation of Chinese traditional design. Guided by the concept “mild life, kind design”, U+ respects raw materials, humanities and aesthetics, bringing vitality to the furniture and conveying the idea “harmony of the beauty”.

Recent projects include Rong Armchair and Shijin Armchair.
