This year's Stockholm Furniture Fair sees Panamanian artist Fi hold an exhibition that celebrates architectural detail through a city made up of miniature sculptures.

Beautifulcity is an ode to architectural detail expressed via the medium of miniaturism, an artistic style wherein works are made at a small scale with minute detailing.

The sculpture – a city made up of mini buildings – also comments on the dwindling numbers of specialised professions that have been lost to industrialisation, and how one built environment is differentiated from another through architectural detailing.

Beautifulcity by Fi takes place from 4 to 8 February 2025 at stand C05:64 – Greenhouse section, Stockholm Furniture Fair, Stockholmsmässan, Mässvägen 1, 125 30 Älvsjö, Sweden.
