During Milan design week 2025, Swiss design school ECAL presents Folklore Fusion, a CGI character project by their Bachelor Media & Interaction Design students.

The project introduces Swijūs – hybrid creatures that merge Japanese and Swiss folklore – while exploring the potential of modular design.

Brought to life through a scenography, the exhibition is accompanied by a trading card game collection, an interactive map of Tokyo and a printed publication.

Folklore Fusion takes place from 8 to 13 April 2025 at Spazio Orso 16, Via dell'Orso 16, 20121 Milan, Italy.
