Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) presents Grounding Space, an exhibition exploring dimensionality and materiality through both traditional and exploratory functional objects, at the Wanted section of design fair ICFF during NYCxDesign 2025.

The exhibition reinterprets traditional furniture archetypes using natural and synthetic materials, highlighting curiosity and imagination as modes of exchange and understanding.

Also on view is a collaboration between RISD’s Furniture Design MFA students and New York-based studio Bestcase, showcasing production-ready furniture pieces.
