Heritage specialist Frank Strolenberg hosts a talk at the Stadsmuseum Woerden, exploring the transformation of the city's Defence Island.

A former military depot, the island – which is situated between two canals – is now a residential neighbourhood.

The talk addresses the repurposing of buildings, expanding urban areas and the preservation of heritage.
