The Process is the Design Masterclass at Vitra Design Museum offers insights into design methodologies from designers at shoe brand Camper, with workshops and access to Vitra archives.

Set within the iconic architecture of the Vitra Campus in Weil am Rhein, the Vitra Design Museum's new Masterclass programme 2026 offers an intensive summer course for creatives, professionals and students looking to advance their practice.

Running from 6 to 11 July 2026, The Process is the Design brings together Eliska Horcikova, Marion de Raucourt and Rafael Mateu Segui from Camper to explore product development, craftsmanship and experimental design strategy.

Taught in English, the masterclass combines project-based learning, mentoring, workshops and access to the Vitra Campus collections, archives and workshops.

Open to participants with a background or strong interest in design, no portfolio is required. Graduates gain practical skills, international networks and a certificate from the Vitra Design Museum.
