Dezeen has partnered with 3D modelling software brand Trimble SketchUp to host a discussion exploring how artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping how architects work.

The talk outlines the acceleration of integrating AI tools, including SketchUp, the "productivity revolution" and how freed-up time can be used effectively.

Taking place during the AIA Conference on Architecture and Design 2026, the panel welcomes the co-CEO of Dezeen, Benedict Hobson; vice president of architecture and design at SketchUp and education at Trimble, Christopher Cronin; chief industry officer at Kestrel Labs, Marissa Ritchen; and design principal at Perkins Eastman, Omar Calderon Santiago.
