Dezeen has partnered with kitchen appliance brand Smeg to host a panel discussion exploring transformations in domestic spaces.

Titled The Evolution of the Kitchen, the talk is moderated by Dezeen's deputy editor Cajsa Carlson, and welcomes design expert Roddy Clarke, technology journalist Lucy Hedges and BorromeoDeSilva co-founder Carlo Borromeo.

The discussion outlines how advances in technology and a drive for connection are shifting interior design choices for kitchens.
