Gabrielle Bullock is the Los Angeles-based director of global diversity for Perkins+Will. She oversees the firm's Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement programme, which works to support and strengthen a firm-wide culture that embraces a diversity of people, colours, creeds, credos, talents, thoughts, and ideas.
