Amy is the editorial director of Dezeen. She joined the magazine in 2011 as architecture reporter, before becoming deputy editor in 2013, and then editor in 2016.
An architecture graduate, Amy worked in practice for five years before moving into journalism. She completed a masters in architectural history at The Bartlett.
Amy was highly commended in the specialist editor category at the British Society of Magazine Editors Awards 2017.
She has previously contributed to The Architects’ Journal, FHM and Stuff, and judged prizes including the AIA UK Excellence in Design awards, the World Architecture Festival awards and Don't Move, Improve!
