Shin Shin has developed the CAKE 0 Emissions US Headquarters in Venice, California, United States.

This project is the US flagship headquarters for CAKE 0 Emissions, an innovative fully-electric motorcycle company based in Stockholm, Sweden.

The adaptive reuse project is equal parts showroom, event space, workshop, service area, test-ride yard, and offices – along with full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades throughout the building to maximise energy efficiency and minimise waste.

The company's core values and commitment to innovative transportation technology, clean energy and material performance inspired the design approach that prioritises sustainability, flexibility and long-term functionality.

This project has been longlisted in the retail interior (large) category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
