Dirk Zscherpe is the customer experience officer at Bentley Motors China.
由他负责的客户互动是宾利汽车最重要的业务市场之一。宾利汽车一直致力于成为客户日常非凡旅程的完美伴侣，这也是Zscherpe在中国领导这家全球奢华汽车品牌客户体验的核心重点。
Zscherpe的职业生涯长达三十多年，曾在汽车、酒店、娱乐、能源等不同行业工作。目前，Zscherpe的职责包括客户旅程设计、数字触点和互联服务的开发以及战略制定。他曾多次负责室内、工业和平面领域的设计决策。此外，他还多次担任过设计竞赛的评委。
Zscherpe is responsible for customer interactions in one of Bentley's most important markets. His role includes the customer journey design, development of digital touchpoints and connected services as well as strategy development.
With a career spanning over three decades, Zscherpe has worked across the automotive industry and hospitality, entertainment and energy sectors.
In his various roles he has been responsible for interior, industrial and graphic design decisions. In addition, he served as juror for several design competitions.
Zscherpe aims to extend the perfect customer experience to develop Bentley's lifestyle business, in the fields of branded goods and residential spaces.
