Winner: Restaurant interior of the year 2025. FG Studio has designed the new Zhenjiang Shanghai Xiao Long Bao concept store interiors, a comprehensive upgrade of traditional breakfast stalls in Pujiang Town, China.
The concept store is a comprehensive upgrade of the brand image of Jiangfuchun Xiaolong, a new attempt to transform the original traditional breakfast shop image into a new era of Yangzhou Dim sum culture.

Red brick, a material deeply rooted in everyday life, is used throughout the store – on the facade, interior walls, floors and the ceilings.

This style creates an immersive, cohesive atmosphere that draws customers in from the street and gradually enhances their sensory experience as they move from the outdoor space to the dining area.

The warmth of the red brick provides a subtle yet powerful sense of enclosure, guiding guests into the heart of the space.

By transforming familiar materials into fresh, unexpected forms, Zhenjiang Shanghai Xiao Long Bao offers a new visual and sensory experience for diners.
