Fire Safe Design for Architects short course at The Bartlett School of Architecture
The Fire Safe Design for Architects short course delivered by The Bartlett School of Architecture aims to empower architects to take control of designing fire-safe buildings.
The course is primarily designed for practising architects, where you will learn how to construct a simple and coherent fire safety strategy for any architectural design and gain vital knowledge and skills to understand the complex and changing landscape of regulations in professional practice, fulfilling obligations under the Building Safety Act.
This is the only in-person course specifically created for practising architects in the UK and demonstrates the Bartlett's commitment to responding to the Grenfell Tower Inquiry recommendations.
Delivered across five evenings, you will be taught the fundamental principles of Fire Safe Design and how to use this knowledge to design inherently fire safe buildings and create a comprehensive and coherent Fire Safety Strategy.
