Sydney's Powerhouse Museum hosts a talk between Sydney Design Week creative director Stephen Todd and industrial designer Marc Newson.

As part of a series of digital events centred on the theme of Hyperconnectivity, Todd and Newson discuss Newson's work on display at the Powerhouse in a remote discussion from their respective locations in Australia and the UK.

The Powerhouse Museum boasts the most extensive collection of Newson's work. Also referenced in the talk is a new project, Newson's Quobus shelving, which will be unveiled at Paris' Galerie Kreo in early September.

The talk forms part of a two-day Design Summit of digital panel discussions, centred around the theme Hyperconnectivity, taking place during Sydney Design Week's online programme for 2021.

Powerhouse Museum talk with Marc Newson takes place on 17 September online.
