Vienna Design Week is Austria's largest curated design festival and features a range of events that showcase architecture alongside product, furniture, industrial and graphic design.

The festival showcases design and innovation across a range of exhibitions, tours, workshops and talks throughout Vienna.

This year is the festival's 15th anniversary and its first edition under new management. An official handover is set to take place from current director Lilli Hollein to the new festival director Gabriel Roland.

While the event takes place across the city, this year Vienna Design Week focuses on the city's Brigitteneau district where the design week's headquarters are located.
