Taking place from 2 to 22 June, Barcelona Design Week will put on over one hundred activities and events across Barcelona, Spain.

Throughout this three-week period, more than 80 spaces and venues will host activities designed to bridge the gap between design and the public.

The theme of the 2022 BDW is Wayfindings: Guidelines for Creating New Presents, and as a reference to this year being the European Year of Young People, the event aims to connect emerging and established creatives and designers.

The events on offer range from exhibitions and installations to debates and conferences, as well as awards and experiences, which aim to present and celebrate the work of emerging designers and explore how new talent can help tackle the challenges of the future.

Barcelona Design Week was created by Barcelona Design Centre in 2006 and is now in its 17th annual edition.
