The University of Melbourne presents the ABP Symposium, a two-day event focusing on how technology can create new possibilities in design.

The symposium is hosted by the university's Advanced Digital Design and Fabrication (ADD+F) Research Hub.

The event addresses potential social and cultural transformations that can come from technological innovation.

On Friday, the symposium takes place at the Glyn Davis Building (MSD) at the University of Melbourne, while the Saturday event is located at the Edge in Fed Square.

The event is convened by the university's senior lecturer in architecture and urban design Leire Asensio, associate professor in architecture and design Dr Rochus Hinkel, and senior lecturer in digital architectural design Dr Paul Loh.

ABP Symposium takes place from 29 to 30 September at various locations in Melbourne, Australia and online.
