Vienna Design Week is returning in September with a programme of exhibitions, workshops, lectures and tours taking place throughout the Austrian capital.

Directed by Gabriel Roland, the country's largest design festival spotlights both established and emerging local talent, as well as a different Viennese guest district every year.

Highlights include the Passionswege project, which pairs contemporary designers with traditional manufacturers, and the Urban Food & Design initiative exploring local food production, distribution, and consumption.
