Miami-based rug brand Art + Loom and interior designer Bea Pernia collaborate to present The Art of Formation at design fair Alcova, an installation inspired by the beauty of geological formations.

Art + Loom debuts four new hand-knotted rugs informed by tectonic plate shifts, rock formations and shattered slate.

Bea Pernia presents sculptural furniture made from marble and wood, referencing biophilia.

The Art of Formation – Art + Loom and Bea Pernia takes place from 17 to 23 April 2023 at Booth C2, Alcova, Via Molise 62, 20137 Milan, Italy.
