
Milan 08: Canadian designer Geoffrey Lilge will exhibit his L40 lounge chair and L41 dining chair at Salone Satellite at the Milan furniture fair in April.

i like them - they have a certain kind of ‘newness’ to the designs and they seem like there’s a reasonable chance of them being comfortable (can’t, sadly, seem to say that about everything at milan). the kind of sinuous forms don’t seem overly forced or superficial (again, unlike some others posted here). personal preference is for the armchair over the lounge.
i really hope they will offer them in a variety of flavors - black/grey doesn’t seem to do it justice. how about a sky blue or neon yellow?

Honesty of plywood meets a new industrial aesthetic. Distictive in form, be nice to see a natural wood version, or perhaps natural oak frame.

Very cool! Like them alot! Maybe in Slate, or marble?
