For our penultimate stop, the best bright young minds in design took over the city of Eindhoven at Dutch Design Week.
Dutch Design Week co-founder Miriam van der Lubbe gave us a tour of the city, explaining how the combination of design, science and industry has made the small city a world leader for design and technology. We also talked to her about the Dutch Design Week itself, which she claimed was two years ahead of Milan.
We also took in the best the Design Academy Eindhoven graduate show had to offer, including Dave Hakken's Phonebloks concept for a modular mobile phone.
