Grohe releases Cube collection of ceramic bathroom products

Dezeen promotion: German brand Grohe has launched its latest collection of ceramic bathroom products, featuring minimalist and "urban-inspired" shapes.

Named Cube, the range has a geometric appearance and is intended to be used alongside Grohe's Eurocube, Lineare, Allure and Allure Brilliant collections.

"With its minimalist look of contemporary and urban-inspired shapes, the ceramic line creates a luxurious oasis in everyday life," said Grohe.

"The angular shapes turn private as well as semi-public bathrooms in, for example, hotels, sanitary facilities in commercial areas, and urban spaces into real design objects," explained the brand.

There are two toilets available in the Cube collection, which feature angular, white bodies and "rimless flushing technology".

Described by the brand as an "excellent combination of form and function", the product promises to be quieter than conventional toilets and has a triple vortex flush with three water inlets to ensure a cleaner flush.

"Innovative technologies behind the Cube Ceramic products also ensure maximum hygiene and maximum comfort for the consumer," said Grohe.

The collection also includes a minimalist, wall-mounted basin with a white ceramic body and a tap with special technology that reduces water consumption to a maximum of approximately five and a half litres per minute.

"Each product has been technically tested for three aspects: easy installation, no water spraying while washing hands, and plenty of room for optimum comfort," said Grohe.

Earlier this year, the brand revealed its Atrio collection, a range of minimalist bathroom faucets, with an installation in Milan, during Milan design week.
