The 18-minute film, which explores how drones could change how people travel, how goods are delivered and how buildings look and are constructed, is up for the honour in the Technology category.
As a finalist, Dezeen has a chance to win a People's Lovie Award, which is decided by popular vote. So please vote for Elevation on the Lovie Awards website before the poll closes at 23:59pm UK-time on 27 September 2018.

The animated movie Dezeen produced for Emeco with Jean and Nico Jullien is also shortlisted in the Branded Animation category at the Love Awards 2018 – Dezeen is not up for a People's Lovie Award in that category.
