Dezeen Showroom: Italian brand Pedrali and design studio Busetti Garuti Redaelli have expanded their Buddy collection of round-edged workplace furniture with the Buddyhub desk.

The Buddyhub desk features a sound-absorbing fabric panel that wraps around the outer edge, creating a private place for focused work within busy offices.

The fabric is available in a range of soft colours, which combined with the furniture's rounded shapes are designed to give the Buddy collection an air of lightness and fun.

The option for interesting colour combinations continues with Buddyhub's optional accessories: coat hooks or document holders that are made of powder-coated steel and clasp over the top of the partition.

The Buddyhub desks are available in different sizes and can be positioned at sitting or standing heights. They can also be specified with cable management units and pop-up sockets.

The panel is lifted from the ground on slender steel legs, enabling easier cleaning underneath.
